I have mostly been playing OoT and Gears of War 3, when I'm not working or sleeping.

Almost done with Master Quest and then I will move on to 100%-ing Sonic Generations 3DS.

I've given up in advancing the "story" of Super Meat Boy. The final non-boss level of "The End", "Omega" I can't beat no matter how many times I try. And the boss level of this world requires EVERY level be beaten before it is unlocked.

So I'm going back and beating Dark World levels, finding warp zones and collecting bandages.

Had an awesome replay of me dodging missiles like a ninja in one of the Dark World levels of Salt Factory, but it didn't save the replay when I tried to. (Mostly because I couldn't make out the grainy symbol that said what button saves a replay. Why doesn't this game have a full screen option?)

Those that have Mario Kart 7:

Does this game have things for sale using "Play Coins"? Because I'm thinking of grabbing a new game so I can save up coins for missions in Sonic Generations and 'Wandering Heroes' in Find Mii II.

Storming through the missions in Sonic Generation.

I'm also using the missions as a sort of training to learn the nooks and crannies of the stages, so when I've done all the missions for a stage, I replay the actual stage knowing every shortcut.

I now have all "A" or "S" rank in every stage from Green Hill to Radical Highway. Just Water Palace and Tropical Resort to go!

Also have all A-or-S in the boss stages. I guess I was just really good on my first run or something. I'll still replay them when I get to them.

As far as I can tell, no it doesn't.

That's good to hear. I only have 80 Play Coins left after my spending sprees in Sonic Gen. (Before getting this game, I hit the 300 coin cap.)

Boy, the 50cc races are easy to the point of being boring.
I'm taking advantage of them to try all the kart parts and learn the tracks.

Though I really question the will to win of the other racers in 50cc.
Luigi had a high-top-speed kart, but he drove as fast as a lil' ol' lady on Sunday.
Toad took out a red shell and all I could do was stare at him and say "Don't throw it. Don't throw it..." He didn't throw it. Not until after I crossed the finish line.

Played through every course, and 3-stared every 50cc prix.

The new courses are BEAUTIFUL!

50cc is a joke. 100cc is almost as much of a joke. 150cc is EVIL.

Finally at 150cc
Three Star'd every single other grand prix.

I know I'm in no position to talk as I've only played one 150cc prix so far, but to me it seems to be right on par with my skill. No longer am I fighting for a 3-star rank that's a cinch to get, now I'm fighting over FIRST PLACE in the overall scoring. Which, in a racing game, is what I should be trying for!

Also my current favorite kart combination is Barrel Train, Standard Tires, Paraglider.
I love the sound the Barrel Train's engine makes. And the paraglider is just for show because I don't see a difference in the glider sets. What's everyone else's top kart combo?

It frustrates me because the ge cheats and I cannot 3-star anything on 150cc.

I have noticed their sniping capabilities with green shells and fireballs. Three stars will indeed be difficult borderlining near-impossible. Even when I managed to get first on every course I still received only two stars.

But aside from the stars I've been grabbing the gold my first try on every Prix.

Edit: I also must point out that I'm only getting hit with at most three blue shells per course (The average is usually 1.5) instead of the Mario Kart Wii standard of 5. I'm happy about this.

I enjoy using Koopa + the car that looks like Lakitu's cloud + Monster Tires + Any Glider except for the default one.

I'm pretty sure it's nowhere near a efficient as it could be though, since CPUs keep passing me relatively easily. It's easier than Wii, at least, while still being challenging. So that's good.

Got some new parts. Replace the Standard Tires in my old set with the Mushroom Tires.

I 3-Star mirror tournaments with this kart!

Okay, I've played through every mode of Mario Kart 7 and I still haven't found the "First Person" option. Where is that?

When you're driving normally, I believe you press up on the D-pad to enter first person with gyro controls.

Thanks!

I wonder if that was in the manual?
If you can really call it a manual. It's just a piece of folded paper with the basic of basics written on it. Wow game manuals have degraded over the past decade!

Full color with funny content -> Black and white, just boring instructions -> A foldout.

I just checked the foldout manual. It's actually listed there. The Mario Kart 7 manual is actually surprisingly detailed.

Dark Dawn while at work (Some days I don't have anything to do at work) and Demon's Souls at home.

DD is very bland and forgettable unfortunately and does not have the magic the original two Golden Sun games did.

In Demon's Souls I got the best bow in the game upgraded to its max level and it's WRECKING stuff my sword and spells barely damage with NORMAL arrows. =U

The only downside to arrows is that having 400 of them takes up a good chunk of inventory space.

Finally unlocked all the characters in Mario Kart 7. May have had a minor panic attack when I scored fourth in the last race cause I thought I'd only get four points and be one point behind Honey Queen. Turns out I tied and won first anyway so SUCK IT HONEY QUEEN.

Got a nice sword upgraded to it's maximum level today.

I'm totally destroying stuff now. =U

Except I focused on upgrading offensive stats more than health so I have little health at the moment.

I'm playing Killing Floor and doing homework between waves of zombies.

The downtime between waves is really freakin' long on "Beginner"! 1:15 More than enough time to buy new weapons, weld shut doors, and lay pipe bomb traps. ....Which you don't need to do because Beginner is too easy!
And "Normal" is too hard to do alone, yet I don't feel like going online. So I'm just level grinding offline.

Also trying to get a time trial set on every course in MK7, just because it doesn't feel right leaving 'em blank. So I'm not really worried about having an awesome time.

I haven't set up my Wii console since I got back to college after Christmas Break. When I do I'm going to try "True Arena" in Kirby's Return to Dreamland again before I start up Rayman Origins.

Ubisoft really knows how to make a hilarious game.

Plus, who can't love a soundtrack made of ukuleles and kazoos?

All A-Rank in Sonic Generations!

All Bosses, All Acts, all Special Stages

And 15 of them (out of 28) are S-Rank!

(And yes, my profile card has multiple cases where it spells the word "A-S-S", but what can ya do?)
